Creation of toolkits for organisations active in Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps (ESC) programmes.
Through the TIPS project, in collaboration with the Portuguese organisation DOTS, we aim to promote effective and responsible citizenship, as well as expand the European network of entities involved in volunteering, inclusion, and youth. The goal is to enhance the quality of work through non-formal education methods, exchanging strategies and approaches to create new tools.
Two main groups are identified: young people with fewer opportunities and local organisations that are already working with them, but lack European experience. We seek to inform and support young people in their social inclusion through initiatives of the Erasmus+ programme, particularly the European Solidarity Corps, providing them with spaces to express themselves, digital tools for their personal development, and promoting their continuous learning. Similarly, we aim to provide local organisations with resources to ensure the full inclusion of all their beneficiaries, especially those with fewer opportunities.
This will be achieved through the creation of two toolkits with practical advice on volunteering and inclusion: one for hosting and another for supporting the sending of young people with fewer opportunities. The project will be carried out over a period of 18 months.
