We empower young people through theater, promoting mental well-being, inclusion, and active participation in society.
Our project aims to empower young people, especially those facing social, economic, and cultural challenges, by creating a safe space for creative expression and fostering mental well-being. Acknowledging that young people are among the most vulnerable groups in terms of mental health, we strive to promote their resilience, self-confidence, and active participation in society.
We use theater as a primary tool, implementing a program of theatrical activities that allows participants to explore and transform negative emotions into positive ones. This approach fosters intercultural dialogue, mutual understanding, and inclusion while providing practical tools to face personal and social challenges.
Our project focuses not only on mental health but also on social equity, offering sustainable and inclusive opportunities for young people from diverse backgrounds. By providing a space for collective learning and care, we promote the exchange of experiences, break cultural prejudices, and encourage the active participation of all involved.
Ultimately, we aim to improve the lives of young people by strengthening their self-esteem and self-confidence and equipping them to become agents of change in their communities. This project is a call to action to build a more equitable, empathetic, and inclusive society where the voices of young people are heard and valued.
