Non-formal education for European youth: NFE4Youth, an Erasmus+ project for training, inclusion and international cooperation
At B-LIVE, we believe in the power of non-formal education as a driver of inclusion, innovation and social transformation. That is why, with the support of the Erasmus+ programme and in collaboration with organizations from France, Italy, Greece and Ukraine, we are launching the project NFE4Youth – Good practices and techniques of non-formal education.
This initiative has a clear objective: to strengthen the skills of youth workers through the exchange of innovative methodologies, fostering a more participatory, inclusive and youth-centred approach adapted to the current needs of young people in Europe.
It is a European project that seeks to improve the quality of youth work through practical training, the exchange of good practices and the creation of open digital resources. It aims to consolidate non-formal education as a key pillar in the personal and professional development of young people, while also strengthening international cooperation among organizations.
Workshops and practical training
Capacity building in non-formal education methodologies such as gamification, experiential learning or forum theatre.
Exchange of good practices
Collaborative spaces to share experiences among youth workers from five countries.
Visits to organizations
Direct knowledge of entities that implement non-formal education techniques in their communities.
Creation of digital resources
Development of open educational materials to ensure sustainability and replicability of the project across Europe.
At B-LIVE we believe in:
This project reflects our commitment to building stronger, more innovative youth work, capable of addressing the social challenges of our time.
This project would not be possible without the support of Erasmus+ and the Spanish National Youth Agency (INJUVE), as well as our partner organizations:
Along with all the youth workers and volunteers who make non-formal education a transformative reality.
