A space for creation, reflection, and action around the transformative power of images. This international cultural event brings together photojournalists, filmmakers, journalists, activists, and young people committed to human rights, social justice, and critical visual storytelling.
At B-LIVE, we believe in the power of images to generate reflection, awareness and social transformation. That is why, in October 2025, we are launching the new edition of the International Meeting on Photojournalism and Humanist Cinema 2025, a space that brings together photojournalists, filmmakers, activists and young people committed to human rights and social justice. All the detailed information about the Meeting can be found on its official website.
It is an event that combines photojournalism and cinema, offering exhibitions, screenings, workshops, round tables and awards that recognise the transformative power of the gaze. Inspired by the pioneering work of Pulitzer Prize winner Javier Bauluz, the Meeting promotes awareness of human rights, social justice and international cooperation, connecting professionals and the public in an enriching dialogue.
