Participation in the creation of the European Youth Agenda for the 2014 European elections.

YouthArt Street is an ambitious project aimed at creating the European Youth Agenda for the 2014 European elections through three tools: online activism, “performances” in the streets and meetings with politicians, members or candidates for Parliament European.

The goal of the project is to create a European Youth Agenda for the new mandate of the European Parliament (2014-2019). This agenda will reflect the main concerns of European youth and will be able to guide politicians, public institutions and workers from NGOs and other institutions related to youth policies, on the current priorities of young people.

The project is structured around three complementary lines of work: activism on the Internet, meetings with politicians, performances and action art in the streets.

Activism in the Network (on-line activism)
The project includes the design and updating of a platform designed to collect the information necessary to prepare the agenda. In addition, the platform will serve as a communication and support tool for partners and any other organisation that wants to be linked to the project and will be the instrument for coordinating performances and meetings with politicians, as well as the main means of disseminating the results of the other two lines of work.

Meetings with politicians
Throughout the project, meetings and debates between young people and politicians will be promoted both locally and at a central summit in Brussels with members and candidates for the European Parliament.

Performances in the streets
The Internet is a good vehicle to spread the message among certain young people, but the streets are a stage that cannot be missed to reach the youth.
